Terms of Service

By using Ordercade, you agree to these terms. Ordercade is a dashboard service for Shopify stores that displays live and historical sales metrics on screens and shareable links.

Account and access

You must have the right to connect your Shopify store. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You may not use Ordercade to harass, mislead, or distribute harmful content. You may not attempt to access data belonging to other users or stores.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime, delayed webhooks, or third-party service interruptions may affect dashboards.

Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Disconnecting a store or deleting your account removes access and begins cleanup of associated data.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
