Do I need a developer to connect my store?

No. Click Install on Shopify, approve the app, and Ordercade registers the webhooks automatically. No access tokens to paste.

What data does Ordercade read from Shopify?

Only what the dashboard needs: order value, currency, country, timestamp, and product title. We never read or store customer names, emails, addresses, or phone numbers.

Can I exclude certain orders from the dashboard?

Yes. In store settings you can exclude orders by Shopify tags, for example wholesale or B2B orders.

How do I show the dashboard on a TV?

Open the public campaign link in any browser, cast or connect the TV, and leave it running. The dashboard refreshes automatically as orders come in.

Can I compare against last year?

Yes. Ordercade imports up to 400 days of historical data so you can compare the same period last year.
