Privacy Policy

Ordercade displays live order totals on TV dashboards. We do not collect, store, or process identifiable customer information such as names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses. Each order is reduced to the data needed for the dashboard: order value, currency, country, timestamp, and product title.

Data we receive from Shopify

• Shop domain, currency, and timezone.
• Order value, currency, country, ordered-at timestamp, and product title.
• Order tags when you configure exclusions (for example, B2B orders you want left out).

How we use it

Order data is aggregated into daily revenue and order counts, shown on campaign dashboards and leaderboards. Product titles may appear in recent-order feeds when you enable them. We do not use order data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

Data retention

Aggregated daily data and campaign settings are kept while your account is active. You can disconnect a store or delete your account at any time; disconnected store data is removed within 30 days.
